Thank you for shopping with FabNest.

As most of our products are custom-made, made-to-order, or manufactured using 3D printing processes, we currently do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered.

No Return Policy

All sales are final.

We do not offer returns, exchanges, or cancellations after an order has been processed or shipped.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

In case you receive:

  • a damaged product
  • defective item
  • incorrect item

you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

fabnest2004@gmail.com

To process your request, please provide:

  • your order number
  • clear photos/videos of the product
  • photos of the packaging

After reviewing the issue, and if the claim is found to be genuine and valid, we may, at our sole discretion:

  • provide a replacement product
  • issue a partial/full refund
  • send replacement parts/accessories

Important Notes

Refunds or replacements will not be provided for:

  • change of mind
  • incorrect ordering by customer
  • minor aesthetic variations
  • misuse or accidental damage after delivery

Refund Processing

If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
